Does the MMORPG Mini Fighter have character creation?

There is a game on the PC called Mini Fighter, and it looks really good and I want to get it. But I want to know if you can create your own character. I don't like the idea of only 8 playable characters because I don't like walking around looking like everybody else. Does anyone know for sure if this game has character creation?
