What are my rights in this situation?

I was recently fired from my position with a solar company. After i was released 2 of the managers came outside and got in my face and started threatening me. Each manager took their turn getting in my face and calling me a "f@ggot" and i was informed they would "beat my ***." I showed no signes of disrespect. I also believe i was let go for no reason. They said it was for lack of production. Witch was not true. What are my rights here? I feel violated.
