Best video card for my situation?

The 5770 is the best for that amount of money, and will work well with the phenom ii x4 955. I have the 965 overclocked to 4ghz, read about overclocking to get more free performance, but only if you buy an after market cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ which goes for ~$30. Also, depending on the resolution you play those games will play above 30 fps.
