Does anyone know why Square Enix is selling?

it's new, thus making it extremely rare. it's extremely rare to find a game that hasn't been opened in more than a decade. pe was also one of those square games that kind of went under the radar because it was released around the same time as the ff games so not too many of the pe games were made.
