When you download WoW can you play after it gets done loading the set up ?

alright in the WoW free trial downloader it has the download bar and it has it seperated into 3 sections. the sections are set up / available/ and playable. the setup is 6.2 gb and then the available is 0.0kb and then the playable is 3.5 gb. after you get done witht the setup part would you be able to play since it says playable???
